Gabriel has a Master in Spatial Analysis from the National University of Colombia. Before that, he received his Bachelor’s in Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy from the District University of Bogotá, Colombia. He worked for 8 years with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in its Alternative Development Project and Illicit Drug monitoring project as a Developer of Geospatial Information Technologies. He has worked to support vulnerability territories from the presence of illicit crops. He has experience developing information solutions and tools such as dynamic mapping applications, web platforms and ground surveys with mobile devices.
