Monica Padilla

Administrative Coordinator

Monica Padilla (she/her/hers) is the Administrative Coordinator at Earth Innovation Institute. Monica was born and raised in South Florida, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Florida International University. Monica has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years. Her experience ranges from direct services and advocacy on behalf of survivors of intimate partner violence, to project management, and administrative support. She views social justice through an intersectional lens, and is a fierce advocate for animals, and environmental justice. Monica loves to read, and to go on hikes with her spouse and companion animals.
