Dita holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She has conducted multiple studies on a variety of environmental issues including forest and land fires and sustainable commodities in Indonesia. Dita’s core interest is in forest and land fires, with her recent study focusing on the effectiveness of village-level incentives for reducing forest and peat fires in Riau, Indonesia. In her free time, Dita enjoys going to the beach and scuba diving.
