Silvia holds a PhD in Environmental Management & Development from the Australian National University, an M.S. in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore, and a B.S. in Animal Husbandry from Udayana University in Bali, Indonesia. She has extensive experience in research and analysis to support rural and urban development, environmental governance, development of financial mechanisms to support natural resources management (including REDD+) for both the Indonesian government and for international organizations and multi-lateral donors throughout Southeast Asia. She leads research and strategy development for EII’s low emissions development goals in Indonesia.
